The role
As the State Manager, you will:
- Provide strategic oversight, ensuring operational excellence in all projects
- Foster client relationships and drive business development efforts
- Manage financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead a dynamic team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
We are looking for an individual with:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, coupled with proven project delivery experience
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential high-rise, industrial, health, government and education sectors
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
