About the Opportunity
As State Manager, South Australia, you will lead the continued expansion of the Adelaide business. You will leverage existing relationships and early project wins while driving business development, overseeing project delivery, and building a high-performing local team. Working closely with the interstate leadership group, this role offers autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to shape and scale a growing business with the full support of a national consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a commercially minded and entrepreneurial leader with strong local knowledge and networks within the Adelaide property and construction sectors. You will bring:
Proven experience in client-side project management and/or property development
The capability and drive to grow the revenue pipeline and expand the business
A successful track record leading teams and delivering complex, high-value projects
Strong understanding of the South Australian market and its key players
This role may suit a Senior Project Manager or Project Director ready to step into a broader leadership role, or someone already operating at a senior level seeking more autonomy, strategic influence, and impact.
