CPR Engineers have developed a reputation within the local industry, for delivering innovative designs and providing exceptional value for their clients. As the business continues to grow within the South Australian market, they are seeking a Structural Engineer to join their team. CPR pride themselves on creating a dynamic, flexible, and engaging team culture where their team are well supported. This opportunity will see you working closely with the Directors and Senior staff on a broad range of commercial and some bespoke residential projects, allowing you to develop significant industry knowledge.
  
The Role
In your new role with CPR, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of structural engineering projects, undertaking the full project of engineering design to successfully deliver these projects to the clients’ requirements. Your previous experience will ensure that you are able to produce structural design, documentation, and specifications within an engaging and fast-paced environment. As an accomplished Structural Engineer, you will effectively provide leadership for junior structural engineers, while maintaining company standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to create long-term working relationships will be key, as you will be regularly liaising with clients, architects, and engineers.
  
The Like Mind
To succeed in this role, you will possess the relevant degree in Structural Engineering and have 3+ years’ experience within a local consultancy, ideally with knowledge of civil engineering principals. CPR are eager to engage with a professional who has exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities, to deliver quality, accurate and timely work. You will be an analytical thinker who enjoys being in a team environment, that can confidently communicate ideas and solutions.
