An established, design-led practice is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administration Assistant to join its Adelaide studio. This role is central to the day-to-day running of the studio, supporting a welcoming, efficient and well-coordinated workplace.

The Role
This role supports front-of-house operations, studio coordination and people and process administration, ensuring the studio runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for the studio, providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
- Maintain a safe, functional and well-presented studio environment
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, hospitality and visitor experiences
- Manage studio supplies, IT requests, maintenance and ad hoc staff support
- Support studio events, key calendar milestones and external stakeholder activities
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and people-related administrative processes
- Maintain accurate records, expenses and financial data in line with company procedures
You are an organised, confident and service-oriented professional who enjoys being at the centre of a busy studio environment. You will bring:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience in office administration, studio coordination or operations support (design or professional services experience advantageous but not essential)
