Due to continuous growth and a strong pipeline of projects, this Architecture studio is seeking a dynamic and committed Studio Manager to join the team and help create a strong foundation for the ever growing studio. This business is constantly challenging themselves to create compelling designs that fit the brief of each client’s wants and needs. The Role
The Studio Manager will be responsible for the studio’s workflow, communication, and overall efficiencies, ensuring smooth day to day operations.
 
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Managing the administration and operational requirements of the directors and team 
  • Upkeep and development of studio processes, procedures, and systems 
  • Running team meetings, and documentation of meeting minutes
  • Supporting the team on project administration and budget forecasting 
  • Managing marketing initiatives and communication requirements for the studio
  • Contributing to business development activities, such as fostering relationships with existing clients and new client onboarding
  • Coordination and execution of internal social events

This position would suit a tech savvy individual with an eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all members of the team. While not essential, it would be excellent if you come with a design background and proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional multitasking abilities, and work effectively on your own with minimal supervision.
