This is an exciting opportunity for a Submissions and Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of bid and tender submissions, playing a key role in supporting business development and project opportunities. The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, your focus will be managing the end-to-end bid and tender process – ensuring submissions are strategic, visually compelling, and delivered on time. You will work closely with project leaders and technical teams to gather content, develop responses, and maintain a library of submission materials.

The Role

- Coordinating and delivering high-quality bids, tenders, and EOI submissions.
- Developing and maintaining submission templates, project profiles, and team CVs.
- Collaborating with architects and designers to gather content and ensure accuracy.
- Managing deadlines and workflows across multiple active submissions.
- Ensuring all documentation aligns with brand guidelines and is visually polished.
- Developing and maintaining templated marketing material for bids and client engagement
- Support across the studio’s marketing strategies, including social media and content creation
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will have at least 3 years’ experience in a bids, submissions or proposals role within architecture, construction, engineering, or professional services.
You will also demonstrate:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
- A proactive, organised approach to managing processes and improving systems.
