About the Role

As the Submission Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for collating, organising, and preparing all information required to deliver successful bids. With a high volume of work and exciting projects across multiple sectors, you will play a critical role in ensuring the team can respond efficiently and effectively.

This is a 12-month maternity cover role, with a comprehensive 4-week handover planned. Due to the volume of work and the opportunity to make a strong impression, the business will consider retaining the successful candidate at the end of the contract.

What You Bring
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Prior experience supporting bids or in a project coordination/admin role is highly desirable
