ROUSSOS Recruitment has partnered with a prominent Adelaide Architecture studio on a newly created position. Situated on the City fringe, their open-plan office encourages creativity and collaboration. They are looking for someone to support their growing team and contribute to the vibrant and collaborative environment that they have fostered. For the right individual there is the opportunity to progress into a senior role within the leadership team. 

The Role
As the Team Administrator, you will be the go-to person, overseeing the studio's administrative tasks and collaborating closely with both the team and directors. This role provides exposure to a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities, you will demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  
Other responsibilities include:
  • Manage and facilitate the scheduling of diaries, activities, meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinating meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions.
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for executives and staff
  • General office administration including ordering supplies, and responding to enquires via email and phone
  • Prepare and coordinate both formal and informal correspondence, documentation, and reports
  • Assist directors with monthly accounting and preparation of invoices.
  • Efficiently prepare meeting agendas including collating documentation, presentations, and other key information or specific requirements.
  • Coordinate team social events, including catering and event coordination

With over 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, you will bring confidence and a drive to excel in all your tasks. You will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a range of key stakeholders and clients. You will also have experience managing a diverse and busy workload, with a focus on attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
