This is a unique opportunity to join an award winning, national Architecture studio as the Team Administrator for their Adelaide team. This studio is involved in delivering some of the most highly regarded and iconic projects, both locally and across the country. The Role
This role will see you managing a varied range of duties, with no two days the same. You will provide efficient and accurate administrative support and manage your responsibilities with minimal supervision.

We are looking for a confident and dedicated administration professional with proven experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the architecture or design industries will be highly regarded, however not essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the confidence to engage with a range of key stakeholders and clients. You will have sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to pick up new systems and processes with ease. Above all, you will be highly organised and have a ‘can-do’ attitude.

- Providing administrative support, including meeting coordination and diary management as required
- Coordinating team social events, including catering and logistics
- Data entry and document preparation
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including bookings, payments, and expense reconciliation
- Managing emails, responding to and actioning company communications
- Assisting with reception relief when needed
