It's hard to believe that the ROUSSOS business launched five years ago today. It feels like I blinked and five years passed… But at the same time, it feels like a big, hard-earned milestone that is well worth taking a bit of time to reflect and celebrate.
They say when you start a business, the first year is the toughest, but I have felt that every year has had its own challenges and thrown curveballs our way. Becoming an entrepreneur has been quite a rollercoaster filled with countless rewarding highs, but also lows of doubt and uncertainty… But this business is something I am so immensely proud of, and the journey we have been on is one I wouldn’t change for the world. Despite the fun and chaos that the last five years has brought, one thing remains crystal clear, and that is how grateful I am.
Today I am celebrating the relationships I have with my client partners and job seekers, whom without you, I wouldn’t have a milestone to celebrate.
Today I am celebrating my team. Their investment and dedication to the business has helped transform it into a purpose-driven organisation that I honestly believe could stand the test of time. It is the bonds, the trust, the commitment, and the amazing people that have made it work and helped ROUSSOS grow, and I couldn’t be more thankful.
And whilst I sit here SO proud of what our first five years has entailed, most of all, I am motivated and excited about what is yet to come. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a part of our story so far. I truly hope you continue to follow along on this journey with us.
