Led by a multi-disciplinary team of internal and external stakeholders, Helping Hand has been successfully operating for over 70 years.
Helping Hand is now looking for a Senior Development Manager to lead the strategic delivery of a $100M development. This role will see you reinvigorate their North Adelaide precinct through developing high-end retirement living accommodation, commercial tenancies and revitalisation of the residential care home. In this unique position, you will ensure the various building projects in the Helping Hand portfolio are carried out successfully and will strive to exceed expectations. You will take the reins on a variety of tasks from analysing strategies and feasibility to negotiating contracts, managing risks and budgets, overseeing construction, and taking care of assets in the long term. To be successful in this role, you will have a track record of successfully completing housing and community projects valued over $50M. The ability to lead and influence teams on major projects is critical and you must also have advanced project management expertise.
